Mordashov passes control over Russia’s Nordgold to 2 sons

MOSCOW, Sep 25 (PRIME) -- Russian businessman Alexei Mordashov has passed the control over gold mining company Nordgold to his sons Kirill and Nikita, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

According to a prospectus for placement of Eurobonds, Nordgold’s key shareholder is Ocean Management Limited registered on Cyprus, owning 94.88% in Nordgold directly and 5.06% through Aurora Nominees Limited.

Unifirm Limited has become the parent holding of Ocean Management Limited, after Alexei Mordashov ceased to be the beneficiary. Alexei Mordashov holds a 35% stake in Unifirm Limited through Rayglow Limited, and his sons 65% through KN-Holding LLC.
